How to request account deletion
If you are a K Grocery user and wish to delete your account and associated data, you do not need to log into the app. Submit a request using the contact form below and select Account Deletion Request as the subject. Please include the email address or phone number you used to register your account in your message.
What data will be deleted?
- Account profile and authentication credentials
- Order history, saved addresses, and other personal data tied to your account
Some anonymized transaction records required for accounting or tax purposes may be retained where legally required.
Upon verification of your request, your personal data will be permanently removed from our active systems within 7 days, in compliance with Google Play User Data policies.
